- 6 weeks of 1:1 coaching with me (45 min /week).
- Daily check-ins with yourself (5 min/day).
- Follow a weekly schedule.
- Being open to coaching and feeling your feelings.
- Do your own work between sessions.
- Show up for yourself for 6 weeks straight.
